Leadership

OPP Global Professional Practice Mentor
During my time as an Office of Professional Practice (OPP) teaching assistant, my work is centered on providing student career development to the undergraduate engineers at Purdue. I advise over 50 1st and 2nd year engineering students on professional readiness by leading targeted resume reviews, LinkedIn optimization, and cover letter workshops to strengthen their application materials ahead of competitive internship recruiting cycles.
Along with this, I co-supervise multiple larger engineering career events. By helping coordinate networking opportunities with industry leaders from more than 15 major companies, I help expand student access to early-career industry pathways.
Recruitment Ambassador
Purdue Global Engineering Alliance for Research and Education (GEARE) — As a GEARE ambassador, I engaged with potential and admitted Purdue students to recruit them into the GEARE program. I also prepared recruitment events to ensure that every freshman in the First Year Engineering program was informed about the process of joining GEARE.

Event Chair
Habitat for Humanity — Within my role, I organized events, including the annual Habitat Bike Bash, as well as on-campus activities, to fundraise for poverty alleviation initiatives. I also developed schedules for these fundraising events, updated the club’s website for publicity, and ran registration platforms. In addition to all my event chair projects, I volunteered 8-10 hours weekly building houses for local underprivileged communities.
STEM Tutor
National Honor Society — I served as a academic tutor where I provided support to underclassmen students in STEM-related classes, including Calculus, Algebra, and Physics. On top of this course-based tutoring, I advised students with study strategies and time management tips to help them prepare for the ACT, SAT, and AP exams.

Secretary
Elite Soccer Community Organization (ESCO) — As the secretary of the organization, I managed community service projects, such as Thanksgiving food drives for the Wheeling Township Food Pantry. I also led weekly soccer programs that allowed over 100 underprivileged youth players in the Chicagoland area to engage in social services and community-based athletics.
